LightSeek Foundation Ecosystem and Affiliation Disclaimer

This Disclaimer supplements and should be read together with the LightSeek Foundation Terms of Use.
Neutral Governance
LightSeek Foundation is an independent nonprofit organization. The Foundation and the open-source projects it governs or maintains—including TokenSpeed and TorchSpec—operate on a vendor-neutral basis under LightSeek Foundation governance.
Project direction and participation are guided by project needs, technical merit, and benefit to the open-source community. They are not determined by commercial affiliation or by a preference for any particular model provider, hardware vendor, research lab, inference platform, or cloud provider.
Contributors and Affiliations
The people who develop and maintain these projects include contributors from teams at LightSeek Foundation, NVIDIA, AMD, and other organizations, as well as independent contributors from the broader community. A contributor's employer or affiliation does not, by itself, give that organization control over a project or imply that the organization sponsors, endorses, or is endorsed by LightSeek Foundation.
Contributions are considered under the same applicable project rules and review standards, regardless of whether they come from an individual, a community group, or a commercial organization.
Equal Treatment and Open Participation
LightSeek Foundation seeks an inclusive ecosystem, not an exclusive one. We aim to engage model providers, AI and research labs, inference platforms and clouds, neoclouds, hardware vendors, and other ecosystem participants on equal terms and without favoritism or bias.
No participant receives preferred status merely because its technology is supported, its employees contribute, its services are used, or it is mentioned in project materials. Users and contributors are welcome across the ecosystem, subject to the same technical, governance, community, and licensing requirements.
No Implied Affiliation, Endorsement, or Preference
Organizations such as Together AI, Fireworks AI, Baseten, Modal, CoreWeave, and Nebius illustrate the range of ecosystem participants that may use or contribute to these projects on equal terms. This non-exhaustive list does not imply an affiliation, partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, exclusive arrangement, or special relationship with LightSeek Foundation or its projects, nor does it indicate preference over any organization not named.
Where an organization is separately identified on our Sponsors & Partners page or in specific project materials, that disclosure acknowledges only the support or collaboration described there. It does not confer project control, exclusivity, preferred access, or favorable technical treatment.
